Education
B.E./B.Tech in CSE/IT/related branch (final year allowed), or Master's in any Science subject from a recognised institute.
  • Final-year undergraduate students can appear.
  • Candidates with B.Sc + M.Sc in CS or related are eligible.
  • Foreign nationals can appear without restriction.
Attempts
Unlimited attempts. Each GATE score is valid for 3 years from the date of result.

Open to Indian and foreign nationals (Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, UAE, Ethiopia, Singapore + select centres abroad).
