The Andaman & Nicobar Police Department has extended the online application deadline for 495 Group B and Group C posts. Candidates can now apply until 20 June 2026 at 23:59 hours through the official recruitment portal at police.andamannicobar.gov.in.
The recruitment notification covers Sub-Inspector, Constable, Radio Operator, Fireman, and technical posts across six major units including Executive Branch, Police Radio Organization, and Fire & Emergency Services with qualifications from 10th to Graduate level.
Candidates must clear Physical Measurement & Endurance Test (qualifying), followed by written examination with 0.25 negative marking, and trade/skill tests where applicable. Final merit is based on written exam and trade test performance combined.
General, OBC, and EWS male candidates must pay ₹100 application fee. Female candidates and ST category applicants are exempted from fee payment for this recruitment cycle.
