Delhi nursery admission points calculator
In Delhi's private unaided schools, nursery seats (outside the 25% EWS / DG seats) go by points. There is no single points table: each school publishes its own criteria and points on its website, and criteria struck down earlier by the Directorate of Education or the High Court may not be used. Distance from home is usually the biggest factor. Copy one school's table below to see your total for that school.

The worked example uses only figures reported for 2026-27: one school gave 80 points for 0-2 km, and sibling / alumni criteria typically carried 10-15 points (10 used here). It is not any one school's full table.

- Registration fee: ₹25, non-refundable (the only fee a school may take with the form).
- When applicants tie, the draw of lots must be video-recorded with parents present.
- Age: nursery 3+, KG 4+, Class 1 5+ as on 31 March. Check your child's age.
