- General-vs-OBC differential is modest (4-5 marks), as the exam rewards conceptual strength universally; year-to-year shifts of ±2-3 marks occur based on paper difficulty and the cohort's performance distribution.
- Cutoffs for medals/recognition certificates vary by class level and regional participation density; achieving 76%+ consistently places students in state-level excellence brackets across all backgrounds.
