RPF Sub-Inspector (Executive) — Railway Protection Force recruitment by the RRBs

Recruitment of Sub-Inspectors (Executive) in the Railway Protection Force and RPSF, run by the Railway Recruitment Boards. Selection is a computer-based test of 120 questions in 90 minutes (Arithmetic 35, General Intelligence & Reasoning 35, General Awareness 50) at graduation standard, then a physical efficiency and measurement test, document verification and a medical examination. Candidates need a degree.

  • No new RPF Sub-Inspector notification (CEN) is on any RRB website as of 27 Oct 2026. The last one, CEN RPF 01/2024, ended with its panel on 26 Aug 2025. The next notice's date is not announced.

Two full papers of 120 questions in 90 minutes, in the official sections and counts (Arithmetic 35, General Intelligence & Reasoning 35, General Awareness 50).   • Figure-based reasoning (non-verbal series, spatial visualisation, figure classification) cannot be drawn in Shishya's player, so those questions are replaced by text-based reasoning.
  • General awareness here is static (history, geography, polity, economy, science, sports). There are no current-affairs questions, because those go out of date; read the news for that part.
  • The real CBT's marks are normalised across shifts; Shishya shows your raw score.
