The notice gives about 6.0 cm × 2.0 cm, not pixels; Shishya makes 236 × 79 pixels (6 × 2 cm at 100 dots per inch).

Questions
Is my photo uploaded to Shishya?
No. The picture is read, resized and saved by your own browser. The tool does not send the file anywhere and does not store it; closing the page clears it.
Where do the sizes come from?
From each body's own notice: SSC (Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2026 notice); IBPS (CRP PO/MT-XVI notification (vacancies of 2027-28)); RRB (CEN No. 04/2026 (Junior Engineer / DMS)); UPSC (CAPF (AC) Examination, 2026 notice and the online-application FAQ); NTA (JEE (Main) 2027 Information Bulletin). Shishya read them on 26 Oct 2026. Where a notice gives no pixel size, the preset says which size Shishya chose and why.
Why is there no photo file for SSC and RRB?
Their current notices say the application form takes a live photo from your camera while you fill it, so there is no photo file to upload. The signature is still uploaded as a file.
My file is below the minimum KB even at full quality. What does the tool do?
It adds empty filler bytes inside the file (a JPEG comment, or a PDF comment) until it reaches the minimum. The picture itself is not changed.
