The spot round seat allotment results were announced in late July 2026. Candidates who secured seats in the spot round had until July 28, 2026 to pay the seat acceptance fee.

NIFT declared Round 3 seat allotment results on July 15, 2026. Candidates allotted seats must accept by July 17, 2026. The counselling process includes three regular rounds followed by a spot round for UG and PG admissions.
