Shishya's practice papers

Two full papers of 100 questions in 120 minutes, in the official sections and counts (General Reasoning 20, Numeric Ability 20, Basic Computer Literacy 20, General Knowledge 20, Language Competency Test (English) 10, Language Competency Test (Hindi) 10). The questions are Shishya's own practice questions — drafted with AI, then read and answer-checked in review — not questions from any past KVS / NVS paper. The subject tests and topic quizzes on this page use the same questions.

  • Part VI (Language Competency, one other Indian language) is in Hindi on Shishya; in the real test you choose the language from the list in the notice.
  • Tier-1 is the same structure for PRT, TGT and PGT; only the level changes (PGT is set at post-graduation level — there is no PGT-level paper here yet). Tier-2 (subject knowledge, per post) is not included.
  • The NVS Multi Tasking Staff Tier-1 has different parts and is not what these papers follow.
  • General awareness here is static (history, geography, polity, economy, science, sports). There are no current-affairs questions, because those go out of date; read the news for that part.
