- 1. Check allotment status — Login to the counselling portal with your application number and password to view your allotted institute and branch.
- 2. Pay seat acceptance fee — If satisfied with allotment, pay the seat acceptance/confirmation fee online within the specified deadline (typically 3-5 days).
- 3. Report to allotted institute — Visit the allotted polytechnic with original documents for verification and physical reporting as per schedule.
- 4. Participate in Round 2 if needed — If not satisfied with current allotment, you can opt for upgradation/float option to participate in subsequent rounds while retaining current seat.
- 5. Keep documents ready — Prepare original marksheets, category certificate, domicile, Aadhaar, photographs, and allotment letter for institute verification.
