- 1. Complete online reporting by July 7, 2026 — Upload required documents and pay part admission fee through the OJEE portal to confirm your allotted seat
- 2. Exercise seat upgrade option if desired — If satisfied with current allotment, you can freeze; otherwise opt for upgrade to participate in subsequent rounds for better preferences
- 3. Prepare documents for physical verification — Keep original certificates ready - 10th, 12th marksheets, rank card, category certificate, domicile proof as per allotted college requirements
- 4. Monitor Round 2 schedule — If you chose upgrade option or were not allotted in Round 1, watch for Round 2 seat allotment dates on the official portal
- 5. Complete physical reporting at allotted institution — After online confirmation, report to the allotted college within the specified window for final admission and remaining fee payment
