18 – 40 years (General)Office Assistant + Officer Scale I: 18-30 (Scale I has min age 20). Officer Scale II: 21-32. Officer Scale III: 21-40.

Education

Office Assistant: Bachelor's, any discipline. Officer Scale I: Bachelor's. Officer Scale II/III: Bachelor's + experience in banking / finance / agriculture.

Proficiency in the local language of the state opted for is mandatory.
Officer Scale II Specialist Officer cadre needs the specific professional qualification (CA, MBA, etc.) for the role.

Indian citizen (or specified categories per IBPS rules).
