Delhi Police PC — last-minute checklist
Built from the Delhi Police Constable (SSC) records on our exam tracker. Every date carries its source tier: official (the conducting body's own site), reported (a secondary source — verify it) or expected (a typical-cycle estimate, not an announcement). Your admit card and the official notice always win.

- 🕘 Timings / reporting, tracker row for 19 Aug (reported): Scheduled August 19 to September 1, 2026; some dates rescheduled to Sept 10-12 due to rain
🎒 What to carry
- Admit card (hall ticket / call letter), printed — the instructions printed on it override anything on this page
- Original photo ID with the same name as your admit card (Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, passport or driving licence — your admit card lists which it accepts); a photocopy alone is not enough
- Leave your phone, smartwatch, earphones and other electronic gadgets at home or outside — they are not allowed in the exam hall, and do not count on a cloakroom at the centre
- Reporting time and gate-closing time are printed on your admit card — late entry is refused, so plan to reach well before
- Passport-size photographs, if your admit card asks for them — use the same photo you uploaded in the application
- Pen: an offline OMR sheet needs a ballpoint pen of the colour your admit card names (usually black); computer-based tests generally give you a pen and rough sheet at the centre — check your admit card
- Transparent water bottle, sanitiser or a simple wrist watch: allowed at some exams and banned at others — check your admit card before you pack
- Using a scribe or compensatory time? Carry the certificate and the scribe's own photo ID in the format your admit card or notice asks for
✅ true of every exam hall · 🔎 varies by exam — check your admit card or notice. The night before: no new topics, and sleep.
