CBSE's public notice dated 14 September 2026 says the 22nd edition of CTET will be conducted on 12 and 13 December 2026. The exam city and the date allotted to each candidate will be on the CTET portal 15 days before the exam, and the admit card with the exam centre two days before. Dates reported earlier for this edition (including 9 October) no longer apply.
