Trying to optimize my 5-7 AM block. What does your ideal morning study session look like? Cold-brew + notebook? Yoga first? Walking + audio?

5 AM wake → 15 min walk (no phone) → cold water + coffee → 2 hours math/quants (hardest stuff first while brain is fresh).

Reverse for me — I do English/RC first when half-awake. Math after I'm fully alert. Know thyself.
