5:30 AM start, sleep by 10:30 PM. Mock scores best on days I didn't break this. Late nights gave me 8% drop the next day, every time.

Opposite — I'm a 11 PM to 2 AM person. Sleep till 9 AM. Mock scores fine. Knowing your chronotype matters more than 'best practices'.
