Mock scores plateaued for 3 weeks. Sleep is bad. Anyone else hitting this wall?

Hard part. What helped me: 30-min walk daily (no phone), one full rest day per week, talking to a friend who's also prepping. The plateau usually breaks if you pause and re-attack.

Therapy. Saw a counsellor 3 weeks. Best decision of my prep year. Don't underestimate it as 'something for weak people'.
