IBPS PO Prelims — Quants timing strategy that worked for me

Cleared Pre last year (44/35 cutoff): I split 20 min Quants into 'easy 12 → hard 8'. Always nail simplification + DI first, leave Quad equations + DS for review pass.

Same approach. Wrong answers in DS hurt more than skips. I leave whole DS section for last 2 minutes.

Whatever works for your strengths is right. The trap is forcing the 'official' order when you're better at one section.

I do reasoning first (saves 4 min vs Quants for me). Then English. Quants last with whatever time remains. Weird strategy but my pre cutoff went +6 marks last year.
